If you are unhappy with your item, please send me a message. In case of an exchange or return for reasons of your picking (ie. you don't like a color or smell) you are responsible for shipping both ways and any Etsy fees that occur. If we have made a mistake (ie. sent you a wrong item) I will ship out the correct item.
Breakage... If breakage occurs during shipping please notify us upon delivery of the broken item, please provide a photo and your order # in the message. Claims need to be made on the broken items to Usps or Fed ex and there is a deadline that the claim can be made so we can not accept notification of breakage later than 1 week after the item was received.
We only ship to the united states
We will always ship to the delivery address submitted on the order. If you have a change of address to submit or a name change for a gifted item, we will do our best to make those changes if they’re submitted promptly, however because orders are handled and shipped on a tight turnaround, we cannot guarantee change requests. Please submit the intended delivery address on the original order, and include any other communications in the notes.
We ship all products by priority mail through USPS which is insured, unless otherwise noted.
During hot summer months, you MUST ship to an indoor address (work, an apartment office, etc.) where someone can bring the candles inside - as they will melt if delivered to a mailbox or left outside. We are not responsible for candles that melt.
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
Napauncorked is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS.
